What “read-only” means

From Cutover Day (July 1, 2026) through August 29, 2026, the legacy system remains accessible in read-only mode. During this window you can:

  • View bulletins in their original format
  • Search bulletin history
  • Download and export bulletins and attachments

You cannot create, edit, or distribute bulletins in legacy during this period. All new activity happens in APBnet.

Legal holds, retention, and FOIA

If your agency has active legal holds, document retention requirements, or FOIA obligations that may be affected by the migration, contact us before your migration date. The legacy system has more limited logging than APBnet, and we want to understand your requirements early so we can handle your migration appropriately.

Email support@apbnet.org with your agency name and ORI.
