Community Address Book

Partner with your community to keep people safe — share what matters with the people who can help.

What it is

The Community Address Book lets law enforcement share bulletins directly with community members — community-based organizations, local businesses, schools, hospitals, and other non-law-enforcement partners. Build and manage your community contact lists in one place.

Why it matters

The public is one of the most powerful tools in law enforcement. When officers can quickly share a missing person bulletin with a community-based organization, or alert local businesses to a pattern of theft, the whole community becomes part of the solution. The Community Address Book makes that partnership easy to maintain and act on.

Who uses it

Creators sharing bulletins beyond the law enforcement network. Agencies building ongoing relationships with community partners and local organizations.

How it works

Add community contacts and groups to your address book. When creating a bulletin, select community recipients alongside agency recipients. Community contacts receive bulletins through email. Program Admins can set a mandatory internal review before bulletins go to community groups.
